Aldwych Consulting is a leading consultancy firm seeking a skilled Associate Director to lead project controls for large infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience working with major infrastructure or construction projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the evaluation of project time, cost, and quality targets, as well as coordinating communication and monitoring of project governance controls. They will work closely with the Head of Project Controls to improve operating policies and mitigate risk throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to support project targets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide specialist advice and technical knowledge to respond to delays, issues, and other challenges.
  • Lead periodic correlation of schedule, cost, quality, and risk to drive project delivery.
  • Coordinate and communicate period reporting cycle and phase executive reporting lifecycle.
  • Manage business reporting and provide periodic project progress updates.
  • Sustain governance processes and review policies to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead a team by setting objectives, reviewing performance, and providing feedback.
  • Undertake self-assessment of procedural compliance and share lessons learned within the Project Controls community.
