This is an exciting opportunity for a Community Supervision Officer to join our team in Aylesbury. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of individuals on probation, assessing and managing the risk posed by offenders, and collaborating with other agencies to prevent crime and support victims and offenders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively with colleagues and external partners. They will also be able to work independently, using their initiative and judgment to manage complex cases and make sound decisions.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including training and development opportunities.
