About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Personal Lines Account Handler to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling general personal lines policies with mid/high net-worth clients.

  • You will maintain a professional image of yourself and the group to all customers and insurers.
  • Identify and understand customer needs and business.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing service.
  • Complete and offer all renewals within FCA guidelines.
  • Process new business and transfer new business within FCA guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage your workload effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements

  • General insurance experience.
  • Knowledge of car, van, standard homes/thatched homes, classic car/motor cycle & travel type policies.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
