About the Role

The Junior Print Designer will play a key role in supporting the overall profitability of the company by delivering high-quality pattern design, selection, and production management that embodies the Boden brand.

To achieve this, the successful candidate will need to have a deep understanding of our target customer, "Kate," and how she wears our clothing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design patterns for products that meet the requirements of our customer base while exciting and pushing their boundaries.
  • Conduct research on seasonal colors and pattern trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare range presentations on CAD, working closely with the design team to showcase the best possible patterned options for each style and story.
  • Ensure that the Boden brand values are reflected in all areas of work, from design development to production.

Requirements:

  • A creative design passion with experience in the Womenswear space.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Master's in an appropriate field.
  • Ability to balance brand with business while focusing on the consumer.
  • Trend understanding with industry awareness and knowledge of contemporary brands.
  • Goal-oriented with experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to react quickly to changing business needs and deadlines.
