Key Accountabilities
  • Design, implement, and evaluate AXIS and Government funded prevention programmes that align with HR policies.
  • Foster strong partnerships with community groups and agencies to co-create and deliver impactful interventions for children and young people.
  • Offer personalized supervision and coaching to help colleagues maintain high standards, share knowledge, and improve service delivery and outcomes.
  • Optimize workload management to prioritize critical cases, adapt to changing circumstances, and match staff responsibilities to their skill levels and experience.
  • Compile and present insightful reports and analytics for diverse audiences.
  • Develop and leverage professional relationships within and outside the organization to advance best practices.
  • Promote a culture of excellence among colleagues by modeling desirable behaviors, sharing expertise, and fostering connections between practice and education/training.
  • Guarantee adherence to corporate financial regulations and procurement of temporary resources through the Council's agency contracts.
