£18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Veterinary Support Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will provide professional and knowledgeable assistance, promoting the practice and building trust with our community. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring all visitors are greeted warmly and professionally
  • Informing and educating clients on various topics
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing appointments efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic IT skills and experience with similar software
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a veterinary setting or reception role
