Role Details

As a Learning Support Worker, you will work closely with students who require additional support with their social, emotional, and mental health. This is a full-time role, starting in January 2025, with opportunities for long-term placement and potentially becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive daily rate of £86-92, reflecting the importance of their role in the educational setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEMH
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies for student success
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents/guardians

Requirements

  • Experience working with children/young adults with SEMH (desired)
