The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with client requirements, standards, and targets while collaborating with clients, internal staff, operatives, sub-contractors, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety: Ensure Health & Safety compliance on-site, conduct audits and ToolBox Talks, report hazards, and manage paperwork.
  • Customer: Oversee all utility work, from planning to commissioning, ensuring high-quality service and communication.
  • People: Manage MU operatives and subcontractors, drive efficiency, and ensure adherence to working hours.

Person Specification:

  • Qualifications/Experience: 5+ years in the MU industry and supervisory roles; CITB SMSTS, NRSWA, EUSR certifications; Full clean driving license; First Aid Training.
  • Skills/Knowledge: Strong utility industry knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, leadership, planning, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
