We are seeking a Data Strategist to join our team at Esland, a leading provider of residential childcare and education services. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our data infrastructure, extracting insights from complex data streams, and driving business growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst or Business Intelligence professional to join our organization and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality care and education to vulnerable young people.

As a Data Strategist, you will work closely with our Digital Director and other functional leaders to develop and execute our business intelligence strategy, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

  • Extract data from multiple sources and business applications to create a consolidated data warehouse.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain BI solutions, dashboards, and reports for maximum insight and impact.
  • Perform sophisticated data analysis to identify trends and opportunities, directly informing business decisions and identifying potential risks.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication skills, able to transform complex data into compelling stories and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working within a Healthcare environment handling sensitive data.
  • A strong understanding of SQL and data warehousing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
