Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our dynamic team at Wycombe Hospital. As a key member of our acute cardiology team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent patient outcomes.


About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and caring nurse to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will be responsible for assessing care needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing expert cardiovascular care to patients.


Key Responsibilities



  • Assessing patient care needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Providing expert cardiovascular care to patients, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff members, including nurses and healthcare assistants
  • Participating in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
