About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team within the community. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in providing care and support to individuals in their own homes and other care settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs and requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assisting with personal care, fluid, nutrition, and medication management.
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle.
