Job Title: Accounts Receivable Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise sales invoices and issue credit notes as needed
  • Deal with customer queries related to invoicing and resolve any issues promptly
  • Ensure debts are paid within agreed payment terms
  • Prepare and issue monthly statements for customers
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting as requested by management
  • Liaise with the Management Accounts team to assist in calculating accrued and prepaid income
Requirements:
  • Efficient and organized with sound decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good IT skills, particularly in Excel
