Our Mission

We are driven by a sense of urgency, knowing that every day we don't reach a culture-free era, 4000 people die. We want to change that. Join us in this mission to transform microbiology diagnostics and make a real impact.

About the Job

As a Microfluidics Engineer, you will be responsible for building and validating microfluidic systems, with a focus on hands-on experience and mechanical characterization. Your expertise in fabrication techniques, scaling, and manufacturing processes will be crucial in transitioning devices from prototype stages to high-volume production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and validate microfluidic systems, with a focus on hands-on experience and mechanical characterization
  • Design and implement fabrication techniques, such as soft lithography and rapid prototyping
  • Scale up devices from low volume prototyping to high volume manufacturing
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, a dynamic and innovative work environment, and opportunities for growth and professional development. As a member of our sports-team-like culture, you will be united by a common goal: transforming microbiology diagnostics from a culture-standard to a culture-free standard.
