Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver fitness programs to members, including exercise classes and one-to-one sessions
  • Provide advice and guidance to members on their fitness goals and progress
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the Wellness Spa areas, including equipment and facilities
  • Assist with membership queries and bookings, both over the phone and in person
  • Support the Spa Manager in increasing visits and revenue, promoting other services as required
