About the Role

We're on the hunt for a talented Motion Design Lead to join our creative team at AO. As a creative powerhouse, you'll be responsible for inspiring our team of Motion Designers & 3D Artists to push the boundaries of creativity and bring our brand to life in pixel-perfect form.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Craft motion graphics that align with our values and guidelines, elevating our brand's story and engaging our audience.
  • Lead projects, create a collaborative vibe, and steer the team towards achieving our creative goals.
  • Transform briefs into captivating visuals, blending technical expertise with creative brilliance.
  • Offer constructive feedback to your team, empowering them to tackle creative challenges head-on.
  • Collaborate with other creative minds to bring our collective vision to life, ensuring seamless communication and a unified approach.

About You

  • You have a strong portfolio showcasing your experience in motion graphics, video editing, and visual storytelling, highlighting your expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
  • You're a seasoned motion designer with a proven track record of leading teams and unlocking the best in creative talent.
  • You're a go-getter, owning every project, idea, and meeting with confidence and poise.
  • You're a natural connector, nurturing relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
  • You're open to feedback and perspectives, with top-notch communication skills that shine in every interaction.
