As our Motion Design Lead, you’ll be inspiring your team of Motion Designers & 3D Artists to raise the bar creatively & bring our brand to life in pixel form

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

Your role will extend beyond just making things move. Using your knack for creativity and your wealth of experience, you'll also help steer projects and create a vibe that makes your team thrive You’ll be crafting motion graphics that align with our values and guidelines to bring AO’s story to life You'll be the creative spark in the team. You’ll transform briefs into captivating visuals, blending technical skill with creative brilliance Offer your team feedback that's constructive and motivating, giving them the boost they need to tackle creative challenges head-on and keep the creativity flowing Team up with other creative minds like trade & brand marketing to grasp and bring our collective vision to life, making sure we're all on the same page and communicating seamlessly

A Few Things About You

You've got an impressive portfolio demonstrating your experience in motion graphics, video editing, and visual storytelling, shining a spotlight on your expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D You're a senior motion designer who knows how to lead teams and bring out the best in creative talent You're the ultimate boss of your job, brief, project, idea, meeting - anything you tackle, you totally own it You’re all about nurturing connections with colleagues and clients, staying tuned in to what's happening around you You're confident in sharing your thoughts, but you're also super open to hearing different perspectives and feedback And your communication skills? They're top-notch
