Job Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Chief Question Paper Developer to lead our team in creating high-quality assessment materials for exams.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing question papers, mark schemes, and other assessment materials that align with our specifications and assessment criteria.

Main Responsibilities

  • To design and develop question papers and mark schemes that accurately reflect the specification's content and assessment objectives.
  • To collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of assessment materials.
  • To oversee the standardization of marking and ensure examiners are qualified and competent.
  • To analyze evaluation reports and identify areas for improvement in assessment materials.
  • To contribute to the development of new assessment materials and processes.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
