Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacovigilance Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. The role will be predominantly remote based with occasional travel to our site in the UK.

About the Role:

You will be a core member of our Global Safety & Pharmacovigilance team, supporting the International Pharmacovigilance (IPV) team and Safety Officer network in routine regional and operational activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the IPV function with two-way communication, ensuring timely responses to queries, organization of meetings, production of written communication, etc.
  • Coordinate routine tasks such as onboarding and offboarding activities for Safety Officers, PSMF updates, reconciliation, etc.
  • Participate and contribute to projects aimed at developing and implementing local and global PV processes which are both compliant with legislation and integrated into our PV system.

This project is set to commence in January 2025 for a duration of 12 months.
