Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and manage the intricacies of our vendor relationships, working closely with procurement, finance, and other programmatic environments to drive strategic partnerships.
- Vendor Management:
- Optimise relationships with over 350 vendors, with a particular focus on the top 20 vendors, to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Data and Spend Analysis:
- Conduct thorough analysis of our procurement activities, understanding what we buy, how much we spend, and identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Work with large data sets, spreadsheets, and flow of information to source and manage data effectively, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate closely with product managers and other colleagues to ensure alignment and effective communication, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
- Procurement Strategy:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's ambitious goals, driving business growth and profitability.

- Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and programmatic delivery, with a strong track record of driving strategic partnerships and process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with big data and spreadsheets, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor optimisation strategies, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
