Job Overview:

We seek an accomplished Contract Manager to manage medium to high value insurance reinstatement projects across residential properties. This role offers a rare opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise in project planning, team leadership, cost control, and variation management to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Initiation and Planning: Collaborate with surveyors to identify project scope, then establish detailed project plans that align with client expectations.
  • Team Coordination: Directly oversee a dedicated team of tradespeople and engage specialist sub-contractors as needed to deliver high-quality results.
  • Budget Management: Closely monitor project expenses and profits to minimize losses and capitalize on cost-saving opportunities.
  • KPI and SLA Tracking: Regularly assess key performance indicators and service-level agreements to optimize project efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate must possess significant experience in managing complex construction projects, preferably within the insurance reinstatement sector. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. Additionally, familiarity with relevant software such as Symbility (or similar tools) is beneficial but not mandatory. A valid UK driving license is a necessity.
