About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Director to join our UK Client Services team at Realtime Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing client accounts, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage client accounts, developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and revenue increase.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including campaign activation, optimization, and analysis.
- Manage and oversee operational teams responsible for campaign execution, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in client accounts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior account management or leadership role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue increase.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with performance marketing, including hands-on-keyboard campaign activation and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
