Job Title: Paramedic Practitioner/Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paramedic Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic clinical team at Snodland Medical Practice.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and autonomous practitioner to work in a forward-thinking training practice, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of physical, social, and psychological needs.
  • Work autonomously to develop and implement treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practice and clinical guidelines.
  • Provide education and training to colleagues, promoting best practice and clinical excellence.
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and services, improving patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with secondary and community care teams to ensure seamless care across organizational boundaries.
Requirements
  • Part-time role of 28 hours per week (negotiable).
  • Advanced clinical skills and experience in assessing minor illness cases and formulating management plans.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make safe, clinical decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
