Job Title: Managing Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Partner to join our team at OneTwenty. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through strategic partnerships and commercial operations.

About the Role:
  • Work closely with our commercial team to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, including household names, to identify new opportunities and grow existing partnerships.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams, including SEO, Paid Media, and CRM, to ensure commercial understanding and knowledge are applied to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist the commercial and finance teams with invoice and payment reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Develop and maintain a compliance framework across all sites, ensuring regulatory and marketing standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Good understanding of sales principles.
  • Ability to work from home 3 days a week.
