About the Role

As a key member of the construction logistics team at ENGINEERINGUK, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Construction Materials Logistics Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role that will see you leading the planning and delivery of construction materials logistics support across various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective construction materials logistics plans that align with the client's construction strategy.
  • Work closely with the construction logistics team, 3rd party logistics partner, and client's project teams to ensure seamless execution of construction materials logistics.
  • Liaise with construction people logistics and integration project managers to ensure a unified understanding of construction materials logistics planning and delivery.
  • Monitor and report performance against planning constraints, identifying potential breaches and taking proactive measures to prevent them.
  • Manage the preparation and provision of construction materials logistics reporting information to the Construction Logistics team, 3rd party logistics partner, and wider client organisation.
  • Promote quality and Service Excellence in all interactions and programme discussions.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in planning and managing construction logistics support either as a provider or user.
  • A project management qualification or significant experience in delivering projects to time, cost, and quality.
  • A background in construction, construction logistics, or consultancy with a desire to grow your career.
