Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join Moran Logistics as a key member of the leadership team. As our new Strategic Quality and Environmental Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) vision across our UK operations.

Your primary focus will be on setting and implementing strategies that drive our sustainability roadmaps and contribute to our goal of becoming Net Zero by 2050. You will also provide critical support to our regional QHES initiatives and ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual who can bring their expertise in quality, health, and safety management to this challenging role. If you have a proven track record in leading teams and driving positive change, we want to hear from you

About the Role

  • Develop and implement QHSE strategies aligned with our company's sustainability ambitions.
  • Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to quality, health, and safety.
  • Collaborate with external bodies and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of QHSE data and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree-level education in Quality, Health, and Safety or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior QHSE leadership role, preferably in a large organization.
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
