About the Role:
We have multiple opportunities for permanent part-time and casual care support workers to join our team and work with our diverse group of clients. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their independence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide home care and support to clients
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and transport
- Manage medication and provide light domestic assistance
- Support clients with social and respite activities
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have genuine empathy and interest in working in a multicultural workplace. You will also require a current driver's licence, reliable motor vehicle with registration and comprehensive insurance, mobile phone, and current First Aid Certificate or be willing to undertake the course. Holding a Cert III in Individual Support in Aged Care or be working towards it is desirable but not essential for some roles. You will also need to hold a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum + superannuation
