Job Summary:

We are seeking two individuals to assist with a project in our despatch/warehouse department. One position will work the day shift, the other will be required to work the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and entering data into the central database/software programme.
  • Cataloguing data and identifying trends and outliers.
  • Transferring physical records into database/software.
  • Retrieving data as requested and building reports.
  • Maintaining and updating the software as necessary.
  • Contributing to the success of the operation by engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office (especially Microsoft excel).
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Good timekeeping.
