About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Sessional Support Worker at Compass Children's Homes. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children, helping them to build self-esteem and confidence.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
