PMO Administrator Leader

Logic Engagements Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Management Office Coordinator to assist the PMO manager in the day-to-day running of the PMO. This is a hybrid role, requiring approximately 2-3 days of work in our UK office.

Responsibilities:- Assist the PMO manager in administration and reporting.
- Provide support and guidance on process, governance, and reporting to the IT department.
- Take ownership of IT-led projects or IT deliverables for business-led projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Project Coordinator or PMO Coordinator.
- Previous experience working on IT projects.
- Experience in project delivery from conception through to close out.
- Ability to prepare and update flowcharts and project plans.
- Organisational skills and time-management with the ability to prioritise.
- Good documentation skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Tenacious when following up on actions, updates, and deliverables.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work in the UK office 2-3 days a week.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
