About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Business Support Assistant to join our team in South Kent. As a key member of our Family Hub team, you will provide administrative support to our Family Hub Workers, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Family Hub Workers, including greeting and welcoming families, and signposting them to relevant services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Support the opening and closing of hubs, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for families.
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and partners, providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Support Health & Safety processes, reporting and monitoring any building faults.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and activities, ensuring effective communication and organization.
About You

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, who is able to work flexibly and travel across a wide geographical area. You should have experience in using a range of IT packages, including Microsoft Office and other applications.
