About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Business Support Assistant to join our team in South Kent. As a key member of our Family Hubs team, you will provide administrative support to our busy hubs, greeting and welcoming families, and signposting them to relevant services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Family Hubs in South Kent, including greeting and welcoming families, and signposting them to relevant services.
  • Support the opening and closing of hubs, as required.
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and partners in a multi-agency environment.
  • Support Health & Safety processes and report and monitor any building faults.
  • Handle sensitive information, check and record data, and liaise with colleagues to arrange meetings.

About You

  • A confident telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible attitude to working across a wide geographical area.
  • A proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and other IT applications.
  • Experience of dealing with customers.
