### Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Are you passionate about working in education and making a positive impact in the classroom? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Cover Supervisor to work across secondary schools in Folkestone.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
* Support students with their learning and ensure work is completed.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Liaise with teaching staff and report back on student progress.

### Requirements:

* Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
* A passion for working with young people and a flexible approach to work.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* Eligibility to work in the UK and possess a DBS (or be willing to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
