London, Greater London, United Kingdom OMNES Full time

About OMNES:
OMNES is a modern, sustainable and cost-conscious women's fashion brand that has taken the industry by storm. Our mission is to change the way people shop, wear and think about fashion. We focus on timeless designs with playful pops of print and colour and a considered approach to how our pieces fit bodies of all shapes and sizes.

The fashion industry is one of the world's most prolific polluters, with millions of tonnes of textiles ending up in landfill every year. This has led to underpaid and exploited global supply chain workers. As a responsible global citizen, we at OMNES strive to contribute to the repair of our planet.

We are seeking an experienced Store Opening Manager to lead the launch of our new retail locations. This role involves overseeing the entire store opening process, ensuring each location reflects our values and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement detailed plans for new store openings, coordinating all project phases.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with design, marketing, human resources, and logistics teams to ensure seamless store launches.
  • Budget Management: Oversee opening-related expenses, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
  • Staff Recruitment and Training: Recruit, select, and train store teams, ensuring alignment with OMNES's values.
  • Store Setup Supervision: Ensure store layouts meet brand standards, coordinating with suppliers and contractors.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Post-Opening Analysis: Evaluate initial store performance and implement improvements based on feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in opening and managing retail stores, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Passion for sustainable fashion and alignment with OMNES's values.

What We Offer:

  • A dynamic and inclusive work environment.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a growing company.
  • A competitive compensation package (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum) including company benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking brand that prioritises sustainability and innovation. If you're passionate about changing the face of fashion, apply now to become part of our team.
