Aramark UK is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the team at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity reporting into our Operational Head Chef on site.

The Senior Sous Chef will lead, coach, and develop a large team, championing the people part of our business. They will support the Head Chef in carrying out team 1-2-1s, completing rotas, and training plans.

Food safety and high standards of cleanliness will be a key focus for the Senior Sous Chef. They will oversee the general production of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, maintaining food hygiene, service, and presentation to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have relevant culinary experience operating at a Sous Chef or Head Chef level, a passion for food and service, and a flexible approach to hours and duties.

The Senior Sous Chef will work a variety of shifts, including weekend work, and will be responsible for managing the P&L and all associated financials.

They will also be responsible for delivering first-class food throughout service, managing all associated administration, and ensuring compliance of all processes and procedures.

We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef who is IT literate, numerate, and able to communicate across cross-discipline stakeholders.
