We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with haematological and solid tumour conditions.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of an ambitious team, empowering patients by offering personalized support. You will administer a range of chemotherapy treatments, sustain professional standards, and build long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Administer chemotherapy treatments, as defined in patient care plans, whilst maintaining professional standards.
- Become an ambassador for patient-focused care, offering quality nursing tailored to individual needs.
- Document all clinical data, report adverse drug events via correct protocols, and address gaps in clinical competency while staying compliant with business policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse qualification.
- Experience in administering Cytotoxic drugs.
- Ability to cannulate and undertake clinical assessments.
