Leaders in Care is a leading provider of specialist private homecare services. We are seeking an experienced Chemotherapy Nurse to join our team in Milton Keynes, working with patients in their own homes.

This role involves delivering high-quality care to patients receiving chemotherapy, including blood tests, toxicity assessments, IV and oral medication administration, pump disconnections, line care, and injections. You will work independently in the community while being part of a wider nursing team, enjoying regular contact with managers and colleagues.

You will remain at the cutting edge of your profession, gaining exposure to new technologies and therapies. Your expertise will contribute to developing innovative care models that break traditional boundaries.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • RGN registration with active NMC PIN
  • Full UK driving license
  • Desirable experience in community-based work, although not essential
  • Experience in acute settings, competent in chemotherapy administration, cannulation, and clinical assessments
  • SACT Passport desirable but not essential

We offer an excellent compensation package for this Chemotherapy Nurse position:

  • Salary up to £43,000 per annum
  • Fully expensed company car and fuel card or car allowance of £4,877.50 per annum plus mileage
  • NMC fee reimbursement
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Death in service (4 x salary)
  • Annual holiday – 33 days inclusive of bank holidays
