Job Title: Night Porter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Porter to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Strathclyde. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with luggage and other requests, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Deliver guest mail, newspapers, and express check-out bills to rooms
  • Collect room service and breakfast cards
  • Assist Night Management with fire management, walks, and emergency procedures
  • Enhance fire procedures and react in case of an emergency
  • Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures
  • Attend training courses and assist with the Night Team's training and development efforts
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area
  • Assist and support other departments as necessary
