Night Porter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Porter to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton Strathclyde.

The Night Porter will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests during the night shift. This includes assisting with luggage handling, package deliveries, and other guest requests.

• Assist guests with luggage and other requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Deliver guest mail, newspapers, and express check-out bills to rooms
• Collect room service and breakfast cards
• Assist Night Management with fire management, walks, and other night-time duties
• Enhance fire procedures and react in case of an emergency
• Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures
• Attend training courses and assist with the Night Team's training and development efforts
• Demonstrate current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and policies

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
