RSE is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join its team in Kent. As a key member of the Asset Management and Technical Services business platform, you will lead projects from scoping to implementation, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on low-carbon solutions and industry-leading electrical designs. They will work closely with multi-disciplined engineering teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
**Industry-Leading Salary**
We offer an industry-leading salary ranging from £60,000 to £90,000 per annum, based on your experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 31 days of holiday allowance (rising to 33 days after two years' service), a flexible career development path, and access to our network of health professionals.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement industry-leading electrical designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and senior management
- Mentor and develop the next generation of electrical engineers
**Requirements**
- Degree/HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of British and European design standards
- Proven track record as an Electrical Engineer in both design office and construction environments within the water industry
- Full UK driving license
