About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at Mott MacDonald. As a Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects across various sectors, including Energy, Nuclear, and Construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated management systems in line with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on quality management, assurance, and governance.
  • Develop and manage the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP) and Assurance Management Plan (AMP).
  • Coordinate the delivery of a Risk Based Assurance Programme and manage its outputs.
  • Ensure robust engagement with alliance partner parent company representatives and promote collaborative working across the project.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience working in highly regulated industries such as Energy, Nuclear, and Oil & Gas.
  • CQI recognised quality management/assurance qualifications for Practitioner Grade.
  • Experience in the design, implementation, and management of integrated management systems.
  • Experience of a quality delivery role in an engineering/construction environment.
  • Experience of project managing business improvement programmes.
