**Receptionist Role in a Dynamic Medical Practice**

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at a medical practice in North London. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in ensuring every visitor has a positive and seamless experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Greet patients and provide a warm welcome.
  • Manage patient appointments, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling.
  • Handle phone and email communications, responding to inquiries and transferring messages as needed.
  • Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage invoices.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Keep the waiting area clean, organized, and stocked with relevant information.
  • Call patients to confirm appointments and send reminders as needed.
  • Address minor patient concerns with professionalism.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous reception or front desk experience, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with IT systems, including Excel.
  • A customer service-oriented approach, with a friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
