This opportunity is part of the BA Euroflyer Training Department, responsible for delivering training in various areas, including SEP, CRM, and First Aid to Pilot and Cabin Crew communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and maintain training content for all courses aligned with CAA and Euroflyer regulations.
- Support and mentor a team of Cabin Crew Instructors to ensure compliance and standardization.
- Conduct audits, inflight assessments, and inflight coordination training.
- Deliver training to Cabin Crew communities, focusing on regulatory compliance and professional development.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to coaching and mentoring, and attention to detail. A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Crew Training Instructor and previous flying experience as a cabin crew member/SCCM are required.
Working Arrangements:The role involves working 37.5 hours per week, with a mix of week and weekend working. Training locations include Crawley, London Gatwick, and London Heathrow, requiring some travel.
