The successful candidate will provide a multi-skilled service, including manned guarding and site patrols, to ensure the safety and security of staff, patients, visitors, and property.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, approachable, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service, with a strong ability to work effectively with other staff groups.
Key Responsibilities- Act as relief Car Park Security Team Officer, responding to service needs and undertaking an active operational role as part of the Responsive Security Service.
- Respond to and investigate incidents where crime or suspected crime is being perpetrated on Trust property.
- Ensure accurate information regarding own whereabouts is maintained and recorded to facilitate immediate contact in case of emergency.
- Provide a high standard of customer care and service to ensure a positive impression of the Trust and the hospital.
