About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Security Officer to join our team at His Majesty's Court & Tribunal Service buildings. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a first-class customer experience, meeting and greeting all Court users
  • Patrol and secure the building, ensuring a safe environment for everyone
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a secure and respectful atmosphere
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues, providing excellent customer service

Requirements
