We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Post Assistant with Excellent Communication Skills at Aspire Recruitment in Liverpool City Centre.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Sort, package, and dispatch mail and parcels efficiently.
- Manage mailroom operations, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, communicating clearly and promptly.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a post room, mailroom, or administrative support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
