We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Oaks Hospital, located in the heart of Colchester.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and services on our surgical ward. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and services on our surgical ward.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
Requirements
- NMC registration.
- Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a surgical ward.
- HDU skills an advantage.
- Specialised post-surgery experience preferred but not essential.

- An estimated annual salary of £42,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
