The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Theatre Nurse / ODP to join our theatre team at our hospital in South Kent. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our theatres, providing expert care to patients undergoing a range of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare theatre lists to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays.
  • Work across scrub and recovery areas to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Accurately record patient information on IT systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure patient care areas are safe and fit for purpose, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Maintain the safe custody of medications and controlled drugs, adhering to strict protocols.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be:
  • NMC / HCPC registered with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK.
  • Experienced in theatre nursing, preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the UK.
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
  • Proficient in using IT systems to record patient information.
