Job Title: Barista

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Lexington at LG Weybridge. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality beverages.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all areas are stocked and presented to a high standard.
* Operate a traditional coffee machine to prepare a variety of beverages, with previous experience preferred.
* Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of our menu and special offers to provide accurate information to customers.
* Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures.
* Manage the till point, adhering to correct procedures and maintaining accurate records.
* Handle customer complaints professionally and in accordance with procedures.
* Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents in line with procedures.

**Working Pattern:**

This is a casual, as-and-when-required position.

**Requirements:**

* Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
* Work effectively as part of a team.
* Previous catering or Barista experience is desirable but not essential.

**Benefits:**

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive hourly rate up to £13.00.
