Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Lexington at LG Weybridge. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and presented to a high standard at all times.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages using traditional coffee machines.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and special offers to provide accurate information to customers.
- Operate the till point efficiently and accurately, following company procedures.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety.
Working Pattern
This is a casual, as-and-when-required position, requiring flexibility and a willingness to work varied shifts.
Requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Catering and Barista experience is desirable but not essential.
