Leadership Social Worker

This Leadership Social Worker role is an excellent opportunity to work as part of the Wiltshire Council team, supporting families and preventing breakdowns.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 4 management qualification and at least 3 years' experience working in children and families' social care.
You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement strategies that promote positive outcomes for families.
